Re-use, refresh

With a need to change one’s environment, people are resorting to big changes with minimal effort, cost and waste. Paint is a good way to do that. Don’t throw away old furniture, paint it. You can paint a chair, a cupboard or a door and you’ll have a whole new piece. Don’t make too many changes, a fresh coat of paint in a new colour combined with a couple of accessories can make a huge difference in no time.

Express, stand out

Don’t be afraid to be different, paint the unexpected. Paint a ceiling or half a door, paint a full room in purple (slate lavender), or even half a wall. Highlight an area by mixing colours, or create complete harmony by using a single colour in different shades.
